ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to navigate to "Administration - Application" -> Communications Drivers and Profiles, user is able to access the view with HI, but not with Open UI.


 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When navigating to "Administration - Application" -> Communications Drivers and Profiles , view should display properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login
2. Navigate to "Administration - Application" -> Communications Drivers and Profiles

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact: Critical
Due to this issue, users cannot navigate to "Administration - Application" -> Communications Drivers and Profiles
