Exporting Promotion Full Structure/objects Only Throwing Error In Siebel (Doc ID 2483641.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.0 [IP2015] version, Order Management

When attempting to export promotion structure,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Method 'Execute' of business component 'Product Promotions Relationship VBC' (integration component 'Product Promotions Relationship VBC') returned the following error:
"Set of related Objects (Dynamic Model)
Object Type ISS_PROD_DEF Name Version 28
[1] Extended Attribute - TVOD Credit Limit; The Item can not be found."(SBL-EAI-04376)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Administration Products -> Product Definition
3. Select the required Promotion and select "Export" from applet Menu

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export the promotion successfully
