Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After Upgrade to IP17, with self-signed certificates able to access application in chrome and firefox but not in IE


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
IP17 url should work in IE and below error reported

There is problem with website's security certificate

This might mean that someone’s trying to fool you or steal any info you send to the server. You should close this site immediately.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upgrade siebel to IP 17
2. launch application in IE, chrome and firefox
3. application not accessible in IE
