Export Does not Work for More than 1000 Records (Doc ID 2485285.1)

Symptoms


The vanilla Export does not work in list applets when more than 1,000 records are to be exported.  This occurs across the application in all environments (Production, Development and Test). Users cannot export more than 1000 rows for any Business Component.

Export should not stop or hang at 1,000 records.  If less than 1,000 records are retrieved, then the Export works, as expected.

STEPS
1. Launch application.
2. Go to Data Administration - List of Values.
3. Select Applet Menu > Export.
