Not Able to Access the Siebel Management Console

On : 17.0 [IP2017] version, Installation
The Application Interface was installed, however, we cannot access SMC.
The following is seen in the catalina log file:
08-Nov-2018 17:15:57.424 SEVERE [main] org.apache.tomcat.util.net.SSLUtilBase.getStore Failed to load keystore type [JKS] with path [D:\IP17\Siebel\ai\applicationcontainer\siebelcerts\keystore.jks] due to [Illegal character in opaque part at index 2: D:\IP17\Siebel\ai\applicationcontainer\siebelcerts\keystore.jks]
