MS Outlook CalDAVSynchornizer Plug-in Fails To Connect to Siebel Enterprise (Doc ID 2486618.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use MS Outlook with CalDavSynchronizer plugin, it fails to do the Test and Discovery test and the the following error occurs.

Response status code does not indicate success:'500'(''). Message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup the dav Application on Application Interface
2. Configure Siebel CalDAV Synchronizer to access Siebel CalDAV url https://<AI Host Name>/siebel/dav/enu/SADMIN/calendar/event/
3. In CalDAV Synchronizer do the Test and Discovery for the profile created.
4. The test show an error message:
