Which ODBC driver version supported with IP 2018 running on SQL Server 2016?

Customer requires clarification as to which ODBC driver version is supported/certified with IP 2018 (patchset 11) running on SQL Server 2016.

Based on Certification Matrix: IP 2018 is certified with SQL Server 2016
Based on Certification Cross Matrix between IP 2018 and Microsoft SQL Server Native Client: MOS indicates Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 0 is certified.
In the NOTES section, it states: "Siebel Enterprise Server 18.0 with Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 0 used with respective Microsoft SQL Server version.
The SNAC version used must be a 32 bit version and is required for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 and can be downloaded at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36434. for later operating systems the native Operating system driver is used"

Accessing Microsoft Link : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36434
Downloaded the ODBC driver and the driver installed was a "ODBC Driver 11" for SQL Server and NOT SNAC driver!

During deployment of Siebel Enterprise via SMC, it appears Siebel is autocreating DSN using SNAC Client 11 driver

Questions:
1. Which SQL Server Connectivity driver is supported / certified and to be used with Siebel IP 2018 for SQL Server 2016 database?
2. ODBC Driver that comes with SQL Server 2016?
3. Old SNAC i.e. SQL Server Native Client 11?
