Symptoms

On : 18.11 version, Installation

When attempting to srvrwiz.log, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at customer with the following steps:
1. install base 17.0 and 18.11

2. cd /u01/app/siebel/IP/ses/siebsrvr/install_script/install
./CreateDbSrvrEnvScript /u01/app/siebel/IP/ses ENU Oracle

3. cd /u01/app/siebel/IP/ses/siebsrvr
. ./dbenv.sh

4. cd ../config
./config.sh -mode dbsrvr

5. cd /u01/app/siebel/IP/ses/siebsrvr/bin
srvrupgwiz /m master_install.ucf - (This step is failing to start)
