Problem Summary
---------------------------------------------------
Group View Mode is not working with Single Value Field and with MVF results in poor performance.

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
We have enabled the Group View Mode in one of the entity and when we tried to use SVF as a Visibility field we are getting below error.

Field '' does not exist in definition for business component 'FINS Members'. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00398)

Hence, tried using MVF approach and it worked as expected. Users were able to see only their records related with Access Group. But this approach resulted in very poor performance

So, I have couple of question here:

Q1. Why Siebel is not allowing to use SVF as driving field for Group Visibility on a BC? (Attached the log file of an instance where we get the error on using the SVF)
Q2. Though MVF approach is working with group visibility, it resulted in very poor performance. Siebel Uses EXISTS operation when using MVF and since we have around 7 Million records for this entity which led to poor performance. Attaching the SQL which was generated on using MVF. Please Suggest us the possible areas of improvement in this query. This query is really taking lot of time with Access Group Sub-Query.
