Symptoms
Jenkins is failing with the following error when try to run the job
Jenkins Job Console shows:

INFO :: REST GET URL :: https://<hostname>:443/siebel/v1.0/service/Automation Rest Service/GetTestRunId?ClientName=primary Error:: REST GET call is unsuccessful.
