Inactive IC and IC Fields Are Missing In An Integration Object After Delivering The IO Changes To The Workspace (Doc ID 2489538.1)

Symptoms

After inactivating some IC fields in an IC, after delivering the IO changes to the workspace, these inactive fields are automatically removed from an IO.

The behaviour can be reproduced with the following steps:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Open Siebel Tools
2. Create a new WS
3. Click on New Object > EAI > IO
4. Follow the Flow to add a new IO > "Account TEST"
5. Deliver the WS > check MAIN
6. Inactive IC and IC fields are missing
