Goal

We are in the process of upgrading our Siebel application from IP14, to the product version 18.10. After upgrading we noticed that the List Of Values from Sitemap is read-only. We have heard rumors that the List of value will be updated again in 2019 Q1 patch, but we would want to get a confirmation that this is true and in what patch will it be available again?
