Getting 404 Error upon Double Click on Anchor Tag (Doc ID 2491227.1)

On : 18.6 version, Configuration - General
Getting 404 error when users double click on anchor tag

When users double clicks on anchor tag, for example, up / down arrow in workspace dashboard view , they are getting 404 error.
Issue is also seen in Contact List Applet, that is vanilla. No customization is done also this has been observed at other places in the application where list applet is shown as tile layout.


ERROR
-----------------------
404 error upon double clicking anchor tag of Web-Tools --> Workspaces.

Also 404 error upon double clicking right-arrow or left-arrow in Contact List Applet (Tile mode).




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Double click on anchor button
2. Get the 404 error

3. Also, getting 404 error upon double clicking right-arrow or left-arrow in Contact List Applet (Tile mode).


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully use the anchor button.
