On : 16.18 [IP2016] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The record is not visible in the production

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The record should be visible in the application same as like Dev environment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer unable to see a particular record when queried the wame in the application in the production environment
