Workflow not creating different instances for a BS if called multiple times  

A Workflow has two steps to call two different methods of the same BS. Instead of creating different instances of the BS, WF creates only on instance and the second time also it is pointing to the old instance.

We have a global variable in the BS and it was initialized to null in declaration block and it was set on the first step. While executing the second step, instead of creating new instance of the BS, it points to the old instance and the global variable is not set to null.

The global variable in the BS should be initialized to null in declaration block. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke the workflow 

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reuse the same BS in the workflow
