Unable to Invoke the Inbound Rest API's uisng the Custom IO's (Doc ID 2493641.1)

Symptoms

1) Created the Custom IO (Test Account) and Prefixed with 'Base' as 'Base Test Account'.
2) Added the 'REST ROWID User Key:1' as Integration Component Key and the Value is 'Id'.

3) Published the workspace.

4) Open the PostMan tool and testing with the below URI with GET method. But getting the error message: Object is  Inactive<?> or Non Existence <?>.

  https://servername:port/siebel/v1.0/data/Base Test Account/Account/Row Id
