On : 8.1.1 [21112] version, Siebel Workflow
When attempting to create a SR through workflow using Web services
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create IO using EAI Wizard based on Custom SR BC
Create a Custom workflow and use EAI Siebel Adapter', method 'Insert' for service request
use this the WSDL from SOAP UI

Due to this issue, users cannot insert service request and affecting entire functionality for end user
