Application Crash Happening after Full Publish (Doc ID 2494541.1)

After running Flatten Workspace and Fullpublish process, the application crashed.  The Scripting Engine had been updated from T Engine to ST Engine after the upgrade.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Flatten Workspace
2. Enable ST Engine 
3. Run FullPublish
4. Login to Application
5. Application crashed
