SSSE- All Day Recurring Invites Fail to Sync (Doc ID 2495550.1)

Siebel Server Sync - Microsoft Exchange Server - Version 16.10 [IP2016] and later

Symptoms

Facing issue with SSSE where All day recurring invites are net synchronized correctly.

Steps to reproduce issue is as follows:

1. Create ALL Day recurring in Siebel.
2. It synced to outlook successfully.
3. But in the sync cycle it unchecked the all-day flag and resetting duration in Siebel to ZERO.
4. later that event is deleted from Outlook as well.

It has also observed that there is no mapping of All Day and for a All Day activity in Siebel, All Day flag is not set as Y ion Outlook.
