ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DBCHK utility segmentation fault occurs when column name exceeds 64 chars

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Siebel dbchck Segmentation fault should not occur

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the following command:
dbchck /r "Siebel Repository" /p siebel /s crmd1epsrv_DSN /l /tools/siebel/81/siebsrvr/bin/dbcheck.log /u sadmin /t SIEBEL /d

2. Segmentation fault
