Symptoms
On : 17.5 [IP2017] version, Siebel EAI
While trying to Insert a Siebel CRM Repository Resource (Link) via REST in IP2017, the following error occurs:
ERROR

"ERROR": "For instance of Integration Component 'RepositoryLink', using user key '', a record with identical values already exists in the Siebel database.\n\nPlease ensure that the field values in the input message are unique.(SBL-EAI-04381)"
