Tile Applet Scrolling Gives HTTP 404 Error (Doc ID 2497455.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has found that when they double click on the scroll arrow when using tile scrolling it is generating Error:

HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Public view of the Contacts view
2. Select the Card view
3. Scroll through the contacts cards with the arrow and double click the arrow
4. Note that a 404 error is generated.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot double click on the side arrows to scroll.
