Application Level Menu Not Available In Thin Client After Upgrade to 18.12 (Doc ID 2498087.1)

Symptoms

 The following behavior was observed after upgrading to Siebel version 18.12:

1. The application level menu in the thin client with Open UI were not visible, however, the menu does show up in the dedicated client.
2. The shortcut keys did not work in thin client.

Changes

The only chnages is that there was an upgrade to 18.12
