Siebel Application Crash After Workflow Process Calls Business Service "SIA BC Utility Service" That Invokes "ClearResponsibilityCache" (Doc ID 2498569.1)

The customer has reported that after upgrade from Siebel 18.8 to 18.12 and is trying to execute a custom Workflow Process that call a Business Service(SIA BC Utility Service) with the "BCInvokeMethod" method that invoked an input argument with the "ClearResponsibilityCache" method for some reason Siebel Application crash.



Steps to reproduce the issues:

1. Created Workflow Process with Business Object "Responsibility" and the following information below:

a. Start > BS(SIA BC Utility Service) with Method(BCInvokeMethod) > End

MVPW > Input Arguments:
1. BusComp Name | Literal | Responsibility
2. Method Name | Literal | ClearResponsibilityCache


Result: When run the Workflow Process Manager the Siebel Application crash with the following callstack below:
