Siebel Public Sector eService OM Is Not Working In IP 2018 (Doc ID 2498882.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.10 version, System Admin

When attempting to access Siebel Public Sector eService the following error occurs.


ERROR

-The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again. [hh:mm:ss]

 

-Below error reported in PSeServiceObjMgr_enu_0019_19922973.log

  ObjMgrSRFLog Warning 2 0000003e5c483c98:0 2019-01-23 15:51:46 (objdef.cpp (18433)) SBL-DAT-00144: Could not find 'Application' named 'Siebel Public Sector eService'. This object is inactive or nonexistent.
