Symptoms

On : 16.19 [IP2016] version, Upgrade

When attempting to use Siebel dedicated client,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
(cdf.cpp (2653)) SBL-DAT-00144: Could not find 'Web Page' named 'CC Container Page-OpenUI'. This object is inactive or nonexistent.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Siebel Dedicated client
2. Observe Error


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the end users cannot use the Siebel Dedicated Client.
