When attempting to log into Siebel Migration Application,
the following error occurs.

Server returned 500 Internal Server error. Contact System Administrator.


The following information is generated in  migration.log file




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy the Migration profile in Siebel Management Console
2. Open the browser and launch the Siebel Migration Application login page


3.Enter the siebel user credentials
