Symptoms

Siebel IP2017 Siebel Server Deployment in SMC shows "DeleteInProgress"

During Siebel Server Deployment, corresponding port information was not provided and hence deployment Failed. Unable to Delete server now and seeing that it hangs in status "DeleteInProgress"

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to SMC.

2. Attempt to delete Siebel Server Profile that was incorrectly created.

3. Notice Siebel Server Profile stuck in "DeleteInProgress" status.
