ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upon creating new record, Field Value entered for the first time disappears.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Upon creating new record, Field Value entered for the first time should not disappear.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using iPhone/iPad, login to Siebel application.
2. Navigate to Service Request screen.
3. Create new record in Form Applet.
4. Enter the value for Summary field.
5. Then try to select Type of SR.
6. The Summary field value disappears.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot - Enter Field vale on new record
