ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is using Siebel IP15 with Patch set 6.
They have Sales and PRM Application and have noticed the error message getting displayed in both the application is different while triggering DVM which has same configuration
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In both application DVM error message should be in same format.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create DVM to validate Site and Main Phone# are not null under Account
2. Make sure that Aggregate flag is set to true
