Symptoms



When attempting to launch the siebel login page
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[hh:mm:hh]"

 

Reviewing the detailed object manager log file the following error is generated:

 

 




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the browser
2. Enter the url for the siebel application
