Siebel 2017 JNDI Decrypt Credentials Error

Symptoms
Siebel Server Components are being used to read messages from multiple JMS Queues on the same weblogic endpoint. EncryptJndi.sh script has been used to encrypt the JNDI credentials.
This configuration works OK for a period of time and JMS messages are successfully read and Workflows invoked to process the messages.
However, after some unknown period of time (~6-12 hours) the component fails to read any new messages
