Symptoms

On : 18.5 version, Loyalty

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When points are expired, the available balance still shows all points in the total

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the points expire, these should be removed from the available total

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a transaction with a point expiry date of 12 months
2. Review the transaction 366 days later
3. The used section is 0 but the points still show in 'available balance'

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the member thinks they have more points than they actually have
