Loyalty Engine: Member Expired Points Not Subtracted From Available Points Balance (Doc ID 2506707.1)

Symptoms

When points are expired, the available balance still shows all points in the total, including the expired points. 

It is expected that when the points expire, these should be removed from the available total.

For information on how to setup Expire points please refer to Siebel Loyalty Guide > About Loyalty Program Points, Tiers, and Rewards >  Expiration of Points.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Have a Transaction with a Point that has Expiry date of 12 months and process it.

2. Review the Transaction 366 days later by navigating to Loyalty Member > Point Items.

3. The "Used Value" is 0 but the Points still available in 'Available Points' from Loyalty Member > Point Balances View.
