Loyalty Engine: Promotion Update Attribute Action Is Not Saving Before Processing Next Promotion (Doc ID 2506740.1)

On : 18.5 version, Loyalty

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When multiple promotions update the same attribute, only the first promotion is updating the attribute. Further promotions do not update the same attribute.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that all attributes are updated from all promotions to the attribute in each transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up two promotions, both with updating of the same attribute
2. Process the attribute
3. Review the attribute value after processing the transaction, only one promotion has been updated.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, data loss and values of an attribute are occurring
