Symptoms
When attempting to deploy an Enterprise on Siebel Management Console (SMC) it fails and the following error is found on CommonLogger.log file located under AI_ROOT/applicationcontainer/logs directory:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SMC
2. Attempt to deploy the Enterprise
