ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Alarm popup not working

The Alarm Pop-up was working in IP18.10, but after an upgrade to IP18.12, it is no longer working. Happens to all users and any time. The time comes and goes and the Alarm Pop-up is never displayed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Alarm should popup after lead time is completed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new activity under the activity list applet
2. Choose the type as alert and set the planned start date.
3. Set the alarm flag to Y and save the record.

After lead time of 1 min over the popup should come, but it never comes, not even hours later.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Alarm pop-ups are not displaying for the users, which means they can miss their appointments.
