Symptoms
Applet Edit Web Layout is not opening for one applet after upgrading to Innovation Pack 2017 and above. It displays as blank, and there are errors in the console log.
Edit Layout editor should display the correct fields.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open Web Tools.
2. Select a particular Applet
3. Navigate to the Applet Edit Web Layout and click on the Pencil Icon.
4. Blank page is displayed and error is displayed in the Console:
