Notes Applets Do Not Expand/do Not Adequately Display Info (Doc ID 2509439.1)

On : 18.9 version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Notes applets do not expand to adequately display info

It was reported that the notes sections of different record types are currently unusable - the note applet itself is too compressed and the expansion function does not help.
 Example of places where this issue occurs : SR, Contact, Accounts, Vehicles

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Notes field should be possible to expand to display all content

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login and navigate to Contacts list -> Notes applet
2. Add a note record and enter more lines in the note field
3. Save the record , select another one , then come back to the record
created in step 2
4. Try to expand the Note field to see all the content
5. The content of the note field cannot be displayed completely. Only tool
tips can help to see the entire note.
