Notes Applets Do Not Expand And Do Not Display All Contents From the Text Area Field (Doc ID 2509439.1)

When trying to expand a text area field in a List Applet such as "Notes Applet, field will expand, however, the applet itself will not.

Before IP17 it was possible to have Notes field expanded along with the applet itself so all content all displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login and navigate to Contacts > Contacts list > Notes View
2. Create a record and enter more lines in the "Notes" text area field
3. Save the record , select another one , then come back to the record created in step 2
4. Try to expand the Note field to see all the content
5. The content of the note field cannot be displayed completely. Only tool tips can help to see the entire note.
