Quote And Order ->Catalog Cart Icon Doesn't Display Value (Doc ID 2510215.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.9 version, Client Functionality

The "Shopping Cart" icon "value" representing the number of items in the Cart is not properly displayed.

It shows the cart icon and [object Object] instead of the number of items as mentioned in below screen shot.





STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Quotes and create a Quote
2. Drilldown in the Quote
3. In the Catalog view, select a Catalog
4. Add an Item
5. The Shopping Cart icon does not reflect the value of 1, instead it shows [object Object]
