Emails After Being Picked Up By CommInboundRcvr Component Are NOT Getting Deleted Generating Duplicate Email in Siebel Application

On : 18.10 version, Comms Server & Email Response
Email are been processed , but since yesterday once Siebel pull the email from the mail box on POP3 Server they are not getting delete. So Siebel then connect again and pull the same emails again causing duplication of all emails.
Customer is having to clean the email from POP3 Server mail box manually to avoid duplication. This was working fine for the last month, no changes were made around Email Response functionality.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the Siebel Server
2. CommInboundRcvr start pulling emails
3. The email show up in Siebel as it has been successful processed by Siebel Email Response.
4. After that the email keep showing again and again in very high pace
5. If we check the mail box on the POP3 Server although it has been read, it never gets deleted.
Following errors were also observed in POP3SMTP log files:
