Unable to start mainwin service after physical server restart

Applies to:Siebel CRM - Version 220.127.116.11  and later
The object managers are not available after Siebel startup process. Checking the mainwin status we observed that this one was not started anymore. Trying to bring up manually we received the below error :
Physical server was restarted due to maintenance activity.
