Mobile Data Extract component should not crash under normal conditions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will in customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel Mobile Disconnected if case;
2. Start the application and try to switch to Offline Mode;
3. Monitor the components and observe the crash behaviour.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Mobile users cannot switch to Offline mode.
This may impact their planned activities and the overall project timelines.
