19.1 - Dedicated Web Client Home Page Error (Doc ID 2512920.1)

Symptoms

After applying 19.1, when attempting to connect to the sample DB using dedicated client call center application, the following error occurs.

We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:
  Definition for table 'S_EVT_ACT_LSX' does not exist.(SBL-DAT-00509)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install 19.1 
2. Login successful in dedicated client call center connecting to sample DB
3. Error seen in Home page
