Issue while creating new user from Siebel thin client.


Symptoms


Environment:
-------------------
Siebel 8.1.1.5 SIA [21229], Oracle Solaris 10 on SPARC (64-bit),LDAP security adapter VERSION 6.0 connected to Windows Server 2003 AD

Statement of Issue:
-----------------------------
Error creating new AD user using Siebel Employee screen

Steps:
---------
1) Launch Siebel application
2) Navigate to Employee screen
3) Create new user, by clicking on New button

Error:

SBL-SEC-10018: DSA is Unwilling to Perform

"The password you have entered is too easy to guess." We tried to test again by trying to change the password of an existing AD authenticated user. We got the error the password does not conform to the password policy.
