Siebel Open UI Session Warning Message Page not Working Properly on IP2014 Base Version (Doc ID 2514905.1)

On : 8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Siebel Open UI Session Warning Message is not working.

Current Result
1. Customer using chrome open a new tab(Tab 1) and login to Siebel.
2. Customer proceed to open another chrome new tab(Tab 2). and tries to access siebel.
3. Siebel shows Session Warning Message to user on Tab 2. User clicks on the click here hyperlink (user had tried both hyperlink)

4. Siebel refresh the page on tab 2 to the login page.
5. User navigate to tab 1 and found out that it's still inside siebel login. User can click on all view but no record is generated.

Expected result
1. Customer using chrome open a new tab(Tab 1) and login to Siebel.
2. Customer proceed to open another chrome new tab(Tab 2). and tries to access siebel.
3. Siebel shows Session Warning Message to user on Tab 2. User clicks on the click here hyperlink (user had tried both hyperlink)

4. Siebel refresh the page on tab 2 to the login page.
5. User navigate to tab 1 .Siebel should logout the user from tab 1 as well.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application in chrome
2. Open new tab and enter same url to get login page
3. I can see below error message on new tab
Session Warning Message
You have initiated a Siebel session while another Siebel session is currently active. Please choose the option that applies to you.
You already have a Siebel session with unsaved data running in another browser window. To save data from a second session go to the already open session and either save and exit or continue to use that data.
You do not have unsaved data in your other session and wish to close it and launch a new session. Click here
You have closed your previous Siebel browser instance using the Close instead of the Logoff feature and wish to open a new Siebel session. Click here
4. Selected "Click here" option

5. In first tab I can see still we are on logged in application. If I tried to navigate to other view I can't perform that operation and I got following error message.  

The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.
