Workflow Processes Need To Be Manually Activated After Migrating Repository From One Environment To Another To Use The Latest Version (Doc ID 2515380.1)

Symptoms

PRODUCT VERSIONS:

SIEBEL VERSION:          Siebel 16.16 [IP2016]
SIEBEL APP O/S:           Linux x86

ISSUE STATEMENT:
----------------------------

The workflow process is not activated after importing a repository from another environment. The version still shows as the older version.

WHERE IT HAPPENED:
-------------------------------

The issue happens in SIT and UAT environments.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
---------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Export the repository from the Development environment.

2. Import the repository into SIT and UAT environments.

3. Check the workflow process versions.

LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY / BUSINESS IMPACT:
--------------------------------------------
Since the workflow process is not activated, it cannot be executed.
