On : 18.12 version, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During a migration installation of AI, the installer two things occur:

  1. ORACLE_HOME drop down is blank
  2. prompts for TLS Port. 

ORACLE_HOME is attached as follows:


module.exe -debug -silent -attachhome ORACLE_HOME_NAME=EAPPWEB_HOME ORACLE_HOME= D:\Siebel\8.1.1.11.0\eappweb.
