Symptoms

On : IP 2017 version, Installation
Deploy Application Interface (AI) profile doesn't complete

Customer is installing IP 2017 New installation on Windows Server 2016.
Gateway, Enterprise, and Siebel Server, and Database configuration are complete and successful.

ERROR
-----------------------
Configured and deployed Application Interface (AI) profile that never completes.
The status never moves from Staging.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SMC
2. Configure Application Interface
3. Attempt to deploy newly created AI Profile

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete deploying AI profile and start using Siebel application.
