On :  8.1.1.7 SIA [21238] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
The Account Id Field is changing its value once Navigated to a Different View.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Account Id Field should not change its value once Navigated to a Different View.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Log into the Siebel Tools and Navigate to the Contact BC
 2. Query for the Field "Account Id" which is an MVF Field and Configure Join to make it as a Join Field.
 3. Associate a dynamic pick list to Update the field.
 4. Compile the Changes and Launch the Application.
 5. Launch the Siebel Application and Navigate to Contact Applet and Update the Field "Account Id"
 6. step off to a different view and see that the Field "Account Id" has the Wrong Value in it.
