CTI Pop Applet Extra Click Needed To Select Record (Doc ID 2517303.1)

Symptoms

CTI Pop applet such as ACD Transfer Call Applet requires 2 clicks to select a record. Once a record is selected, then it works normally after that. Only 1st time, you need to click twice to select a record in the CTI pop applet.
